The Heifer (Al-Baqarah)

In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful

Alif Lam Mim 1 This is the Book; in it is guidance sure, without doubt, to those who fear Allah; 2 who believe in the unseen, and are steadfast in prayer, and spend out of what We have provided them with; 3 those who believe in the revelation sent down to you and in what was sent before you, and firmly believe in the life to come -- 4 These are on a right course from their Lord and these it is that shall be successful. 5 Verily, those who disbelieve, it is the same to them whether you (O Muhammad Peace be upon him) warn them or do not warn them, they will not believe. 6 God has sealed their hearts and ears, and veiled their eyes. For them is great deprivation. 7
