This surely is a revelation from the Lord of the Universe: 192 Which the True Spirit hath brought down 193 upon thy heart, that thou mayest be one of the warners, 194 in a clear, Arabic tongue. 195 And indeed, it is [mentioned] in the scriptures of former peoples. 196 Is it not a sign to them that the learned scholars (like 'Abdullah bin Salam who embraced Islam) of the Children of Israel knew it (as true)? 197 Had We revealed it to any of the non-Arabs, 198 and had he recited it unto them [in his own tongue,] they would not have believed in it. 199 Thus have We caused this [message] to pass [unheeded] through the hearts of those who are lost in sin: 200 They will not believe in it until they see the painful torment; 201 So that it will come upon them suddenly, when they perceive not. 202 and then they will say: 'Shall we be respited' 203 Do they want to hasten Our torment? 204 Hast thou then seen, if We content them for (long) years, 205 Yet there comes to them at length the (Punishment) which they were promised! 206 of what avail to them will be all their past enjoyments? 207 We never destroyed a village that did not have warners 208 for a reminder; and never did We wrong. 209 And it is not the Shayatin (devils) who have brought it (this Quran) down, 210 for, neither does it suit their ends, nor is it in their power [to impart it to man]: 211 The satans are barred from listening to anything from the heavens. 212 Hence, [O man,] do not invoke any other deity side by side with God, lest thou find thyself among those who are made to suffer [on Judgment Day]. 213 Warn your close relatives 214 Lower thy wing to those who follow thee, being believers; 215 And if they disobey thee, say thou: verily I am quit of that which ye work. 216 Put your trust in the Almighty, the Most Merciful, 217 Who observes you when you rise (to pray) 218 And thy movements among those who prostrate themselves, 219 Surely He is the Hearing, the Knowing. 220 O people, shall I tell you on whom it is that satans descend? 221 They come down on every guilty impostor. 222 The devils convey upon them what they heard, but most of them are liars. 223 Poets are followed by the perverse. 224 Do you not see that in every valley they roam 225 And how they say that which they do not? 226 [Most of them are of this kind] save those who have attained to faith, and do righteous deeds, and remember God unceasingly, and defend themselves [only] after having been wronged, and [trust in God's promise that] those who are bent on wrongdoing will in time come to know how evil a turn their destinies are bound to take! 227
True are the words of God the Almighty.

When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
