The Galaxies (Al-Burooj)
22 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Sun (Al-Shams) before The Fig (Al-Teen)
In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace
By oath of the heaven which contains the constellations. 1 And the promised day, 2 and by the witness and what is witnessed: 3 may the people be condemned those who tortured (the believers) in ditches 4 Fire supplied (abundantly) with fuel: 5 while they sat around it, 6 And they witnessed what they were doing against the believers (i.e. burning them). 7 And they persecuted them for naught save that they believed in Allah, the Mighty, the Praiseworthy 8 Him unto Whom belongeth the Sovereignty of the heavens and the earth; and Allah is of all things the Witness. 9 Lo! they who persecute believing men and believing women and repent not, theirs verily will be the doom of hell, and theirs the doom of burning. 10 But those who believe and do good deeds shall be rewarded with gardens watered by flowing rivers. That is the supreme triumph. 11 Truly strong is the Grip (and Power) of thy Lord. 12 It is He Who creates from the very beginning, and He can restore (life). 13 And He is the Oft-Forgiving, Full of Loving-Kindness, 14 Lord of the Throne, the Glorious, 15 Executor of His own will. 16 Has there reached you the story of the soldiers - 17 Of Fir'aun (Pharaoh) and Thamud? 18 Yet the infidels persist in denial. 19 Allah encompasses them all from behind. 20 This is indeed the glorious Qur'an 21 upon an imperishable tablet [inscribed]. 22
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.

ColorfulQuran.com displays pages in one of three Arabic fonts. Each may appear with a one-third chance, adding more diversity to the already diverse colors. And the words remain unchanged forever. ColorfulQuran.com will have more beautiful fonts soon, God willing.
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
