Yet man says: "When I am dead, will I come to life again?" 66 Remembereth not man that We created him afore when he was not aught? 67 By thy Lord, then, We shall surely gather them and the satans; thereafter We shall surely bring them round Hell, kneeling. 68 Then We will surely extract from every sect those of them who were worst against the Most Merciful in insolence. 69 Then surely it is We who are the Best Knower of these worthiest of being therein roasted. 70 There is not one of you but shall pass by Hell. This is a decree which your Lord will fulfil. 71 Then We shall save those who feared God, but the wrongdoers shall be left there on their knees. 72 And when Our clear communications are recited to them, those who disbelieve say to those who believe: Which of the two parties is best in abiding and best in assembly? 73 And how many a generation We destroyed before them, who were fairer in furnishing and outward show! 74 (Muhammad), tell them, "The Beneficent God gives respite to those who have gone astray only until they face the torment with which they were threatened or to the Day of Judgment. Then they will find out who will have the most miserable place and the weakest forces. 75 "And Allah doth advance in guidance those who seek guidance: and the things that endure, Good Deeds, are best in the sight of thy Lord, as rewards, and best in respect of (their) eventual return." 76 Have you seen him who denies Our revelations, and says: "I will certainly be given wealth and children." 77 Has he, perchance, attained to a realm which is beyond the reach of a created being's perception? or has he concluded a covenant with the Most Gracious? 78 Nay! We shall record what he says, and We shall add and add to his punishment. 79 All that he speaks of will belong to Us, and he will come into Our presence all alone. 80 And they have taken to them other gods apart from God, that they might be for them a might. 81 No, indeed! They shall deny their service, and they shall be against them pitted. 82
