۞ By inspiration we told Moses: "Travel by night with my servants; for surely ye shall be pursued." 52 Then Fir'aun (Pharaoh) sent callers to (all) the cities. 53 (Saying): "Verily! These indeed are but a small band. 54 And indeed, they are enraging us, 55 And most surely we are a vigilant multitude. 56 So, We expelled them from gardens and springs, 57 and their treasures and excellent dwellings. 58 As such we gave it to the Children of Israel. 59 At sunrise, they followed them. 60 So when the two hosts saw each other, the companions of Musa cried out: Most surely we are being overtaken. 61 (Moses) said: "By no means! my Lord is with me! Soon will He guide me!" 62 Then We revealed to Musa: Strike the sea with your staff. So it had cloven asunder, and each part was like a huge mound. 63 And We brought near thither the others. 64 We saved Moses and all the people with him 65 and then We caused the others to drown. 66 Surely in that there is a sign; yet most of them do not believe: 67 And indeed, your Lord - He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful. 68

Notes and Instructions
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
