The people of Lut belied the sent ones. 160 Their brother Lot asked them, "Why do you not have fear of God? 161 Verily I am unto you an apostle trusted. 162 So fear Allah, and obey me. 163 “And I do not ask from you any fee for it; my reward is only upon the Lord Of The Creation.” 164 Do you, in the world, want to have carnal relations with males 165 "And leave those whom Allah has created for you to be your mates? Nay, ye are a people transgressing (all limits)!" 166 Said they: "Indeed, If thou desist not, O Lot, thou wilt most certainly be expelled [from this township]!" 167 He said: 'Truly, I am a detester of what you do' 168 My Lord! Save me and my household from what they do. 169 So We delivered him and his people all together, 170 Except an old woman, among those who remained behind. 171 then We totally destroyed the rest, 172 and We rained on them a rain; and evil is the rain of them that are warned. 173 Verily, in this is indeed a sign, yet most of them are not believers. 174 But, verily, thy Sustainer - He alone - is almighty, a dispenser of grace! 175
