The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

I CALL TO witness the chargers, snorting, rushing to battle before the others, 1 Then those that produce fire striking, 2 And the chargers at dawn, 3 Stirring up thereby [clouds of] dust, 4 Then penetrate to the centre of the enemy army. 5 Indeed man is very ungrateful towards his Lord. 6 And verily to that he is witness. 7 And indeed he loves wealth to the extreme. 8 ۞ Does he not know that on the day when those in the graves are resurrected 9 And there shall be brought to light that which is in the breasts? 10 Most surely their Lord that day shall be fully aware of them. 11

God the Almighty always says the truth.
