Say: 'I am only a warner. There is no god except Allah, the One, the Conqueror, 65 Lord of the heavens and the earth and whatever is between them, the Exalted in Might, the Perpetual Forgiver." 66 Say: 'It is a mighty tiding 67 "From which you turn away! 68 I had no knowledge of the High Assembly's dispute. 69 Naught is revealed unto me except that I am a warner manifest. 70 When thy Lord said unto the angels: Lo! I am about to create a mortal out of mire, 71 after I have shaped him and breathed of My spirit (I created) into him, fall down prostrate before him' 72 And the angels did obeisance, all of them, 73 Except Iblis (Satan) he was proud and was one of the disbelievers. 74 Said He, 'Iblis, what prevented thee to bow thyself before that I created with My own hands? Hast thou waxed proud, or art thou of the lofty ones?' 75 Answered [Iblis]: "I am better than he: Thou hast created me out of fire, whereas him Thou hast created out of clay." 76 (God) said: "Then go hence, ostracised. 77 "And My curse shall be on thee till the Day of Judgment." 78 Said [Iblis]: "Then, O my Sustainer, grant me a respite till the Day when all shall be raised from the dead!" 79 Said He, 'Thou art among the ones that are respited 80 "Till the Day of the Time Appointed." 81 (Iblis) said: “By Your glory, I shall mislead them all 82 except Your sincere servants among them". 83 He (Allah) said: 'This is the truth, and I speak the truth: 84 I will fill up Hell with you together with those who follow you." 85 Say (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him) “I do not ask any fee from you for the Qur’an, and I am not a fabricator.” 86 This is only a warning for mankind. 87 "And ye shall certainly know the truth of it (all) after a while." 88
