And assuredly We gave grace unto Musa and Harun. 114 And We delivered them and their people from (their) Great Calamity; 115 and We helped them, so that they were victorious; 116 We granted them a Clear Book, 117 And guided them to the Straight Path. 118 And left (their remembrance) for posterity. 119 Peace be upon Moosa and Haroon! 120 Indeed, We thus reward the doers of good. 121 They are among Our faithful devotees. 122 Elias too was one of the Envoys; 123 When he said unto his folk: Will ye not ward off (evil)? 124 Will you invoke Baal and forsake [God,] the best of artisans 125 Allah, your Lord and the Lord of your fathers of yore? 126 But they cried him lies; so they will be among the arraigned, 127 But not the servants of Allah, the purified ones. 128 And We left for him (a goodly remembrance) among generations (to come) in later times; 129 "Peace be on Elijah and his people!" 130 Lo! thus do We reward the good. 131 Lo! he is one of our believing slaves. 132 And lo! Lot verily was of those sent (to warn). 133 We rescued him and his whole family, 134 except an old woman who was among those that stayed behind; 135 Then We destroyed the others. 136 You pass by their desolate habitations in the morning 137 and at night, will you not understand? 138
