Al-Mu' minoon 4 of 6
Messengers! Eat of that which is good and do good deeds; I have knowledge of the things you do. 51 Your religion is one and I am your Lord. Have fear of Me". 52 But people later cut up their religion into bits, each group rejoicing in what they have. 53 So leave them in their intoxication till a time. 54 Do they assume that the wealth and sons which We provide them – 55 We provide them with the means of competing with each other in virtuous deeds, but they do not realize this. 56 Surely they who from fear of their Lord are cautious, 57 Who believe in their Lord's revelations, 58 who associate none with their Lord in His Divinity, 59 And they who give what they give while their hearts are fearful because they will be returning to their Lord - 60 those vie in good works, outracing to them. 61 And We task not any soul except according to its capacity, and with Us is a book speaking with truth, and they will not be wronged. 62 But their hearts are heedless of this. Moreover, there are other deeds besides this which they do. 63 So that when We seize the affluent among them with affliction, they will begin to implore for help. 64 Invoke not loudly this day! Certainly, you shall not be helped by Us. 65 Time and again were My messages conveyed unto you, but [every time] you would turn about on your heels 66 behaving arrogantly, and making fun, and talking nonsense (about the Book in your nightly chats)." 67 Have they not pondered over the Word (of Allah, i.e. what is sent down to the Prophet SAW), or has there come to them what had not come to their fathers of old? 68 Or do they not recognise their Messenger, that they deny him? 69 Or do they say, "In him is madness?" Rather, he brought them the truth, but most of them, to the truth, are averse. 70 And were the truth to follow their desires there would have been corrupted the heavens and the earth and whatsoever is therein. Aye! We have come to them with their admonition; so it is from their admonition that they turn away. 71 Or, do you ask a tribute from them? Your Lord's tribute is better. He is the Best of providers. 72 And indeed you call them to the Straight Path. 73 And lo! those who believe not in the Hereafter are indeed astray from the path. 74 ۞ If We took compassion on them and removed the affliction they are in, they would only wander lost in confusion. 75 And indeed We grasped them with punishment, so neither did they submit themselves to their Lord, nor do they cry humbly. 76 Until We open on them a gate leading to a severe Punishment: then Lo! they will be plunged in despair therein! 77

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
