The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate

THE STARTLING CALAMITY. 1 What is the striking (Hour)? 2 And what will explain to thee what the (Day) of Noise and Clamour is? 3 [It is] a Day when mankind shall be like scattered moths 4 and the mountains like tufts of carded wool. 5 Then, as for him whose scales are heavy (with good works), 6 shall have a blissful life; 7 But he whose deeds are lighter in the balance 8 His refuge will be an abyss. 9 Ah, what will convey unto thee what she is! - 10 A Blazing Fire! 11
