T H (Taa Haa)
135 verses, revealed in Mecca after Mary (Maryam) before The Inevitable (Al-Waaqe'ah)
In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate
۞ Ta, Ha. 1 We have not sent down the Qur'an to thee to be (an occasion) for thy distress, 2 But as admonition for him who fears -- 3 a revelation from Him who has created the earth and the high heavens 4 The ever-merciful, established on the throne (of authority). 5 Whatever is in the heavens and the earth and in between them, belongs to Him, as whatever lies under the earth. 6 Whether you speak aloud [or in a low voice], He hears all, for He knows your secrets and what is even more hidden. 7 Allah! La ilahla illa Huwa (none has the right to be worshipped but He)! To Him belong the Best Names. 8 Hast thou received the story of Moses? 9 When he saw a fire and said unto his folk: Lo! Wait! I see a fire afar off. Peradventure I may bring you a brand therefrom or may find guidance at the fire. 10 When he came close to it, a voice called out, "Moses, 11 Indeed, I am your Lord, so remove your sandals. Indeed, you are in the sacred valley of Tuwa. 12 I have chosen you. Therefore, listen to what shall be revealed. 13 Verily I am God; there is no god but I; therefore serve Me, and perform the prayer of My remembrance. 14 Verily the Hour is coming - I wish to conceal it - in order that every one may be requited according to that which he hath endeavoured. 15 Let him who does not believe in it and follows his lust not turn your thought away from it, lest you are ruined. 16 "And what is that in your right hand, O Musa (Moses)?" 17 He said: This is my staff: I recline on it and I beat the leaves with it to make them fall upon my sheep, and I have other uses for it. 18 Said He, 'Cast it down, Moses!' 19 So he threw it down, and lo, it became a running serpent. 20 "Catch it," said He, "and have no fear; We shall revert it to its former state. 21 And face what is to come with patience, your hand will not be tarnished with blame: Another sign 22 for We shall show you some of Our greatest Signs. 23 And go to Pharaoh now for he has transgressed all bounds." 24

Notes and Instructions
When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
There are memorization exercises for the original Arabic and English transliterated Arabic modes only. The English translation mode has no memorization exercises.
