The people of Noah rejected the messengers. 105 When their brother Noah said to them: "Will you not take heed? 106 Lo! I am a faithful messenger unto you, 107 "So fear Allah, and obey me. 108 And I do not ask you for it any payment. My payment is only from the Lord of the worlds. 109 So guard against (the punishment of) Allah and obey me. 110 ۞ They said: Shall we put faith in thee, when the lowest (of the people) follow thee? 111 He said: "And what do I know as to what they do? 112 Their account falls only upon my Lord, were you but aware. 113 And I am not one to drive away the believers. 114 I am only a clear warner' 115 They said: "If you cease not, O Nuh (Noah)! You will surely be among those stoned (to death)." 116 He said: "O my Lord! truly my people have rejected me. 117 “Therefore make a decisive judgement between me and them, and rescue me and the believers along with me.” 118 So We saved him and those with him in a laden ship. 119 and drowned the rest. 120 Verily herein is a sign, yet most of them are not believers. 121 Surely thy Lord, He is the All-mighty, the All-compassionate. 122
