Al-Insan 2 of 2

VERILY, [O believer,] it is We who have bestowed from on high this Qur'an upon thee, step by step - truly a bestowal from on high! 23 Therefore stay patient upon your Lord’s command, and do not listen to any of the sinners or ingrates among them. 24 Mention the Name of your Lord, mornings and evenings. 25 and part of the night; bow down before Him and magnify Him through the long night. 26 As to these, they love the fleeting life, and put away behind them a Day (that will be) hard. 27 We have created them and strengthened their forms, and when We will, We can change their likenesses with [complete] alteration. 28 This surely is a reminder: Therefore whosoever desires may take the way to his Lord. 29 Yet ye will not, unless Allah willeth. Lo! Allah is Knower, Wise. 30 He maketh whom He will to enter His mercy, and for evil-doers hath prepared a painful doom. 31

True are the words of God the Almighty.
