▼ 51 Drivers of the Winds
Al-Dhaareyaat 3 of 3
And heaven -- We built it with might, and We extend it wide. 47 and We cradled the earth. And We are the Best of Cradlers. 48 We created two kinds of all things, so that you will remember. 49 So turn to God. I give you a clear warning from Him. 50 And do not set up with Allah another god: surely I am a plain warner to you from Him. 51 Even thus no apostle came to those before them but they said: "He is a sorcerer or a mad man." 52 Have they charged each other with this? Nay! they are an inordinate people. 53 Turn away from them. You will not be blamed. 54 Do, however, keep exhorting them; for exhortation benefits those endowed with faith. 55 And I have not created the jinn and the men except that they should serve Me. 56 I desire from them no provision, nor do I want them to feed Me. 57 Indeed, it is Allah who is the [continual] Provider, the firm possessor of strength. 58 So surely those who are unjust shall have a portion like the portion of their companions, therefore let them not ask Me to hasten on. 59 woe, then, to those who are bent on denying the truth, when the Day arrives which they have been promised. 60
