One day We shall gather together from every people a troop of those who reject our Signs, and they shall be kept in ranks,- 83 Until, when they arrive [at the place of Judgement], He will say, "Did you deny My signs while you encompassed them not in knowledge, or what [was it that] you were doing?" 84 And the Word shall fall upon them because of the evil they committed, and they shall be speechless. 85 Do they not see that We have made the night for them to rest in and the day to give them light? There are certainly signs in that for people who believe. 86 On the Day when the trumpet is blown, whoever is in the heavens and whoever is on the earth will be struck with terror, except for those whom God wishes to spare. All shall come to Him in utter humility. 87 And you see the mountains, thinking them rigid, while they will pass as the passing of clouds. [It is] the work of Allah, who perfected all things. Indeed, He is Acquainted with that which you do. 88 If any do good, good will (accrue) to them therefrom; and they will be secure from terror that Day. 89 But they who shall come with evil deeds - their faces will be thrust into the fire, [and they will be asked:] "Is this aught but a just requital for what you were doing [in life]?" 90 I am commanded only that I should serve the Lord of this city, Who has made it sacred, and His are all things; and I am commanded that I should be of these who submit; 91 and to convey this Qur'an [to the world]." Whoever, therefore, chooses to follow the right path, follows it but for his own good; and if any wills to go astray, say [unto him]: "I am only a warner. 92 And say: 'Praise belongs to God. He shall show you His signs and you will recognise them. Thy Lord is not heedless of the things you do.' 93
