Al-Rahman 3 of 3
And for him who dreadeth the standing before his Lord will be two Gardens. 46 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 47 Containing all kinds (of trees and delights);- 48 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 49 therein two fountains of running water -- 50 So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? 51 In both of them, there will be two kinds of every fruit. 52 Which favors of your Lord will you both belie? 53 [In such a paradise the blest will dwell,] reclining upon carpets lined with rich brocade; and the fruit of both these gardens will be within easy reach. 54 So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? 55 Therein are those of modest gaze, whom neither man nor jinni will have touched before them. 56 Which favors of your Lord will you both belie? 57 Like unto Rubies and coral. 58 (Jinn and mankind) - which of the favors of your Lord would you then deny? 59 Is there any reward for good other than good? 60 (Jinn and mankind) - which of the favors of your Lord would you then deny? 61 And beside them are two other gardens, 62 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 63 Both [gardens] of the darkest green. 64 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 65 In both of them live springs gush forth. 66 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 67 In them (both) will be fruits, and date- palms and pomegranates. 68 Which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 69 Wherein (are found) the good and beautiful - 70 jinn and mankind - which of the favors of your Lord would you then deny 71 [There the blessed will live with their] pure companions sheltered in pavilions. 72 which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 73 Man has not touched them before them nor jinni. 74 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 75 Reclining on green cushions and rich carpets excellent. 76 (Jinn and mankind) - which of the favors of your Lord would you then deny? 77 Blessed is the Name of your Lord, the Lord of Glory and Grace. 78
