The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace

When the earth is shaken with its violent shaking, 1 when the earth shakes off her burdens, 2 and man will cry out: “What is the matter with her?” 3 on that Day it will narrate its account, 4 for your Lord will have revealed to it. 5 On that Day mankind will proceed in bands, that they may be shewn their works. 6 Whoever has done an atom's weight of good, will see it 7 and he who shall have done an atom's weight of evil, shall behold it. 8

God the Almighty always says the truth.
