Everyone that is thereon will pass away; 26 while your Lord's own Self will remain full of majesty and glory. 27 Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? 28 Of Him seeks (its need) every creature in the heavens and on earth: every day in (new) Splendour doth He (shine)! 29 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 30 Anon We shall direct Ourselves to you, O ye two classes. 31 (We shall then see), which of the favours of your Lord will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 32 O society of jinns and men, cross the bounds of the heavens and the earth if you have the ability, then pass beyond them; but you cannot unless you acquire the law. 33 Which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 34 There will be sent against you both, smokeless flames of fire and (molten) brass, and you will not be able to defend yourselves. 35 So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? 36 (What will happen) when the heaven will be split asunder and will become crimson like leather? 37 which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 38 Of his sin will be questioned that Day neither man nor jinn. 39 How many favours of your Lord will you then deny? 40 The criminals will be known by their marks, and they will be seized by the forelocks and the feet. 41 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 42 This is Gehenna, that sinners cried lies to; 43 they shall go round between it, and between a hot, boiling water. 44 Which of your Lord's powers will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 45
