▼ 56 The Inevitable
Al-Waaqe'ah 3 of 3
۞ I do not need to swear by the setting of the stars 75 And most surely it is a very great oath if you only knew; 76 That (this) is indeed an honourable recital (the Noble Quran). 77 inscribed in a well-guarded Book, 78 which none but the pure may touch; 79 It is a revelation sent down from the Lord of the worlds. 80 Do you then hold this announcement in contempt? 81 And instead (of thanking Allah) for the provision He gives you, on the contrary, you deny Him (by disbelief)! 82 Why, then, when (the soul) cometh up to the throat (of the dying) 83 And you at that time look on-- 84 But We are nearer to him than ye, and yet see not,- 85 if you are not subject to anyone's authority, 86 That you bring it back, if you are truthful? 87 Thus if he is of those brought nigh, 88 There will be peace and plenty, and gardens of tranquility for him. 89 And if he be of the Companions of the Right Hand, 90 'Peace be upon thee, Companion of the Right!' 91 But if he is of the deniers and the errants, 92 The welcome will be boiling water 93 And a hurling into the blazing fire. 94 This is the absolute Truth and certainty. 95 So glorify with praises the Name of your Lord, the Most Great. 96
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
