۞ So I swear by the setting places of the stars. 75 And most surely it is a very great oath if you only knew; 76 This is indeed the noble Qur’an. 77 In a Book well-guarded (with Allah in the heaven i.e. Al-Lauh Al-Mahfuz). 78 Only they can reach it who are clean (of mind). 79 It is a revelation from the Lord of the worlds. 80 So is this the matter regarding which you laze? 81 And instead (of thanking Allah) for the provision He gives you, on the contrary, you deny Him (by disbelief)! 82 Why, then, when the soul of the dying man reaches the throat, 83 And ye the while (sit) looking on,- 84 But We (i.e. Our angels who take the soul) are nearer to him than you, but you see not, [Tafsir At-Tabari, Vol. 27, Page 209] 85 Then why do you not, if you are not to be recompensed, 86 why can you not bring it (the soul) back (to life)? 87 (If a dying soul) is of those near to God, 88 Then happiness and bounty and a garden of bliss. 89 And if he is of those on the right hand, 90 (For him is the salutation), "Peace be unto thee", from the Companions of the Right Hand. 91 But if he is one of those who rejected [the truth] and went astray, 92 then he will be served boiling water, 93 And the roasting in Hell. 94 Most surely this is a certain truth. 95 So exalt the name of your Lord, the Most Great. 96
