Whoever works any act of righteousness and has faith,- His endeavour will not be rejected: We shall record it in his favour. 94 There is a ban upon any city that We have destroyed; they shall not return 95 till Gog and Magog are let loose and slide down out of every slope; 96 the while the true promise [of resurrection] draws close [to its fulfillment]. But then, lo! the eyes of those who [in their lifetime] were bent on denying the truth will stare in horror, [and they will exclaim:] "Oh, woe unto us! We were indeed heedless of this [promise of resurrection]! - nay, we were [bent on] doing evil!" 97 Surely you and what you worship besides Allah are the firewood of hell; to it you shall come. 98 Had the idols been true lords, they would not have gone to hell. "All of you will live therein forever". 99 Therein breathing out with deep sighs and roaring will be their portion, and therein they will hear not. 100 Lo! those unto whom kindness hath gone forth before from Us, they will be far removed from thence. 101 They shall not hear even a whisper of it, and they shall live for ever in the delights which they had desired. 102 The Hour of the Great Terror shall not grieve them, and the angels shall receive them saying: "This is your Day which you had been promised." 103 The Day when We will fold the heaven like the folding of a [written] sheet for the records. As We began the first creation, We will repeat it. [That is] a promise binding upon Us. Indeed, We will do it. 104 And verily we have written in the Scripture, after the Reminder: My righteous slaves will inherit the earth: 105 Verily there is a message in this for people who are devout. 106 We have sent you as a benevolence to the creatures of the world. 107 Say, "It has been revealed to me that your God is but One God. Will you then submit to Him?" 108 If they turn away, say, "I have warned you all alike, though I do not know whether [the scourge] which you are promised is near at hand or far off. 109 Indeed He knows what you say loudly and what you hide. 110 I do not know if this be a trial for you, or a little advantage for a while." 111 Say: "O my Lord! judge Thou in truth!" "Our Lord Most Gracious is the One Whose assistance should be sought against the blasphemies ye utter!" 112
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
