Seest thou not that We have set the Evil Ones on against the unbelievers, to incite them with fury? 83 So hasten thou not against them; We are only counting against them a counting. 84 On the day that We shall muster the godfearing to the All-merciful with pomp 85 And drive the guilty towards hell, thirsty. 86 None shall have the power of intercession, but such a one as has received permission (or promise) from the Most Beneficent (Allah). 87 They say: "God has begotten a son." 88 Surely, you have brought a monstrous thing! 89 Which would cleave the skies asunder, rend the earth, and split the mountains, 90 that they have attributed to the All-merciful a son; 91 and it behoves not the All-merciful to take a son. 92 There is no one in the heavens and earth but that he comes to the Most Merciful as a servant. 93 He does take an account of them (all), and hath numbered them (all) exactly. 94 each one of them shall come to Him one by one on the Day of Judgement. 95 Indeed, the Most Compassionate Lord will soon create enduring love for those who believe and do righteous works. 96 and only to this end have We made this [divine writ] easy to understand, in thine own tongue, [O Prophet,] so that thou might convey thereby a glad tiding to the God-conscious, and warn thereby those who are given to [futile] contention: 97 And how many a generation We destroyed before them! Dost thou perceive so much as one of them, or hear of them a whisper? 98
