T H (Taa Haa)
In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
۞ Ta-Ha.* (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him) (Alphabets of the Arabic language – Allah and to whomever He reveals know their precise meanings.) 1 We have not Sent down on thee the Qur'an that thou shouldst be distressed. 2 But as admonition for him who fears -- 3 a revelation from Him who has created the earth and the high heavens 4 The ever-merciful, established on the throne (of authority). 5 Unto Him belongs all that is in the heavens and all that is on earth, as well as all that is between them and all that is beneath the sod. 6 Whether or not you express (your thoughts) in words, God certainly knows all unspoken thoughts and all that is even more difficult to find. 7 God - there is no deity save Him; His [alone] are the attributes of perfection! 8 Has the story of Moses come to you? 9 When he saw a fire, he said to his family: 'Stay here, for I can see a fire. Perhaps I can bring you a lighted torch or find at the fire guidance' 10 Then when he was come thereto, he was cried unto. O Musa! 11 "Verily! I am your Lord! So take off your shoes, you are in the sacred valley, Tuwa. 12 I have chosen you. Therefore, listen to what shall be revealed. 13 “Indeed it is Me, Allah – there is no God except I – therefore worship Me and keep the prayer established for My remembrance.” 14 The Hour is coming; I would conceal it that every soul may be recompensed for its labours. 15 So let not him who believeth not therein and followeth his own desire keep thee away therefrom lest thou perish. 16 And what is in your right hand, O Moses?" 17 He replied, "It is my staff. I lean on it, and with it, I beat down the leaves for my flock; I also have other uses for it." 18 Said He: "Throw it down, O Moses!" 19 So he cast it down, and lo! it was a serpent running along. 20 The Lord said, "Hold the serpent and do not be afraid; We will bring it back to its original form." 21 "And press your (right) hand to your (left) side, it will come forth white (and shining), without any disease as another sign, 22 This We have done to show you some of Our greater miracles. 23 Go to Pharaoh, he has become insolent' 24
