Are ye the harder to create, or is the heaven that He built? 27 Raised it high, proportioned it, 28 And He made dark its night, and brought forth its sunshine. 29 And the earth! thereafter He stretched it out. 30 And brought forth therefrom its water and its pasture; 31 And stabilized the mountains 32 A provision for you and your cattle. 33 Then when the Grand Calamity shall come 34 on the Day that man remembers what he strove for 35 And Hellfire will be exposed for [all] those who see - 36 For, unto him who shall have transgressed the bounds of what is right, 37 And who chose the life of the world, 38 surely, Hell will be their refuge. 39 And as for him who dreaded standing before his Lord, and restrained his soul from lust, 40 surely Paradise shall be the refuge. 41 They (the disbelievers) ask you regarding the Last Day, as to when is its appointed time. 42 [But] how couldst thou tell anything about it, 43 Unto thy Lord is the final end of it. 44 You are but a warner for those who fear it. 45 The day when they will see it, it will seem as if they had not stayed on earth except for an evening or its morning. 46
