He Frowned ('Abasa)
42 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Stars (Al-Najm) before Destiny (Al-Qadr)
In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
۞ (The Prophet) frowned and turned away, 1 when the blind came to him. 2 But what could tell you that per chance he might become pure (from sins)? 3 Or become reminded so that the reminder should profit him? 4 As for he who thinks himself without need, 5 to a rich man, 6 Whereas it is not on thee that he is not cleansed. 7 And for him who came to you striving, 8 and fearfully, 9 you pay no heed to him. 10 No indeed; this is only a Reminder. 11 (and whoso wills, shall remember it) 12 upon pages high-honoured, 13 Exalted, pure. 14 [Carried] by the hands of messenger-angels, 15 Noble and dutiful. 16 Accursed is man. How ungrateful is he! 17 From what did He create him? 18 From a (sperm) drop He created him and then determined him, 19 and then made the course of life easy for him, 20 and in the end He causes him to die and brings him to the grave; 21 Then when He listeth, He shall raise him to life. 22 By no means he performed not that which He had commanded him. 23 Let man look at his food: 24 We poured water, pouring it in great abundance, 25 and split the earth, splitting, 26 Then We cause to grow therein the grain, 27 And grapes and herbage, 28 and olive trees and date-palms, 29 the densely tree'd gardens, 30 and fruits and fodder 31 (To be) a provision and benefit for you and your cattle. 32 AND SO, when the piercing call [of resurrection] is heard 33 On that day man will run away from his brother. 34 And his mother and his father, 35 and from his spouse and his children: 36 every man that day shall have business to suffice him. 37 Many a face will be glittering on that day. 38 and be cheerful and joyous. 39 whereas some faces will be covered with dust 40 with darkness overspread: 41 those will be ones who denied the truth and were immersed in iniquity. 42
Almighty Allah's Truth.
End of Surah: He Frowned ('Abasa). Sent down in Mecca after The Stars (Al-Najm) before Destiny (Al-Qadr)

Notes and Instructions
When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
