And certainly We conferred a favor on Musa and Haroun. 114 And We saved them and their people from the great affliction, 115 and succoured them, so that [in the end] it was they who achieved victory. 116 and We gave them the Manifesting Book, 117 and guided them the straight way, 118 and preserved for them a good name among posterity. 119 "Peace be upon Moses and Aaron!" 120 Even so We recompense the good-doers; 121 For they were two of our believing Servants. 122 And Elias (El Yaseen) was among the Messengers. 123 When he said to his people, "Will you not fear Allah? 124 Do you worship Ba`al and abandon the Best Creator. 125 Allah, your Lord and the Lord of your fathers of yore? 126 They called him a liar. Thus, all of them will suffer torment 127 Except the chosen creatures of God. 128 And We left (this blessing) for him among generations (to come) in later times: 129 "Peace be upon Elijah and his followers!" 130 Verily, thus do We reward the Muhsinun (good-doers, who perform good deeds totally for Allah's sake only - see V. 2:112). 131 He was one of Our believing servants. 132 And indeed Lut is one of the Noble Messengers. 133 Recall what time We delivered him and his household, all. 134 Except an old woman (who was) amongst those who tarried. 135 Then We destroyed the rest [i.e. the towns of Sodom at the place of the Dead Sea (now) in Palestine]. [See the "Book of History" by Ibn Kathir]. 136 And most surely you pass by them in the morning, 137 And at night. Then will you not use reason? 138

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
