The Poets (Alshu'araa')

227 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Inevitable (Al-Waaqe'ah) before The Ant (Al-Naml)

In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful

۞ Ta. Sin, Mim. 1 These are the verses of the Book that makes (things) clear. 2 Wouldst thou, perhaps, torment thyself to death [with grief] because they [who live around thee] refuse to believe [in it]? 3 If We will, We can send down on them a sign from the sky so that their leaders would remain bowed before it. 4 Never cometh there unto them a fresh reminder from the Beneficent One, but they turn away from it. 5 So they have indeed denied (the truth - this Quran), then the news of what they mocked at, will come to them. 6 Did they not look at the earth - how much We have produced therein from every noble kind? 7 In this, behold, there is a message [unto men,] even though most of them will not believe [in it]. 8 And verily, your Lord! He is truly the All-Mighty, the Most Merciful. 9
