We built the universe with Our might, giving it its vast expanse. 47 And the earth, We have made it a wide extent; how well have We then spread (it) out. 48 And of everything created We two kinds; haply you will remember. 49 And so, [O Muhammad, say unto them:] "Flee unto God [from all that is false and evil]! Verily, I am a plain warner to you from Him! 50 And set not up with God another god; I am a clear warner from Him to you. 51 Likewise, there came not an apostle unto those before them but they said: a magician or a madman! 52 Is this the legacy they have passed down from one to the other? In fact, they are a rebellious people. 53 Turn away from them. You will not be blamed. 54 And remind; the Reminder profits the believers. 55 I have not created mankind and jinn except to worship Me. 56 I do not desire provision from them, nor do I desire that they should feed Me. 57 Surely, Allah is the Provider, the Possessor of Power, the Mighty. 58 So surely those who are unjust shall have a portion like the portion of their companions, therefore let them not ask Me to hasten on. 59 Alas the woe for those who refuse to believe in the Day which has been promised them. 60
