The people of Nuh (Noah) belied the Messengers. 105 Recall when their brother Noah said to them: "Do you have no fear? 106 Indeed, I am to you a trustworthy messenger. 107 so fear Allah, and obey me. 108 For this I ask of you no wage, for my wage falls only on the Lord of the Worlds. 109 So guard against (the punishment of) Allah and obey me. 110 ۞ They answered: "Shall we place our faith in thee, even though [only] the most abject [of people] follow thee?" 111 (Noah) said, "I have no knowledge of their deeds. 112 Their account is only upon my Lord, if you [could] perceive. 113 And I am not to drive away the believers. 114 I am none but a plain warner." 115 They said: "If you cease not, O Nuh (Noah)! You will surely be among those stoned (to death)." 116 He said: 'My Lord, my nation have belied me. 117 Judge among us and save me and the believers with me". 118 So We saved him and those with him in the laden ship. 119 and drowned the others. 120 Indeed in this is a sign; and most of them were not believers. 121 And verily! Your Lord, He is indeed the All-Mighty, the Most Merciful. 122
