This is better for you if you understand. 16 "For ye do worship idols besides Allah, and ye invent falsehood. The things that ye worship besides Allah have no power to give you sustenance: then seek ye sustenance from Allah, serve Him, and be grateful to Him: to Him will be your return. 17 "And if ye reject (the Message), so did generations before you: and the duty of the messenger is only to preach publicly (and clearly)." 18 See they not how Allah originates creation, then repeats it. Verily, that is easy for Allah. 19 Say: "Travel on the earth and see how He originated creation. Then (you will know) how God will raise the last raising (of the dead). Surely God has power over everything, 20 He punishes whom He pleases and has mercy on whom He pleases, and to Him you shall be turned back. 21 Ye cannot escape (from Him) in the earth or in the sky, and beside Allah there is for you no friend or helper. 22
