Lo, the Tree of Ez-Zakkoum 43 shall be the food of the guilty sinners. 44 Like molten brass, it seetheth in their bellies 45 Like the churning of boiling water. 46 (And it will be said): Take him and drag him to the midst of hell, 47 Then pour boiling water over his head as punishment. 48 Taste this; you who considered yourself the mighty, the honourable! 49 Verily this is that whereof ye were wont to doubt. 50 Lo! those who kept their duty will be in a place secured. 51 among gardens and springs, 52 clothed in fine silk and rich brocade, sitting face to face with one another. 53 Even so. And We shall pair them with fair damsels large-eyed. 54 They will call therein for every kind of fruit, in peace and security. 55 They will not taste death therein, save the first death. God will save them from the torment of Hell 56 a bounty from thy Lord; that is the mighty triumph. 57 And We have made this Qur’an easy in your language, for them to understand. 58 So watch, [O Muhammad]; indeed, they are watching [for your end]. 59
