Al-Suff 2 of 2
Believers! Shall I direct you to a commerce that will save you from a painful punishment? 10 You shall believe in God and His Messenger, and struggle in the way of God with your possessions and your selves. That is better for you, did you but know. 11 He will forgive you your sins, and make you enter Gardens whereunder rivers flow, and happy abodes in Gardens Everlasting. That is the mighty achievement. 12 And (He will give you) what is dearest to you -- help from God and early victory. So give good tidings to those who believe. 13 Believers, become Allah's helpers, as Jesus, son of Mary, said to the disciples: “Who is my helper in (calling people) to Allah?” The disciples had responded by saying: “We are Allah's helpers.” Then a section of the Children of Israel believed and a section rejected the call. Thereafter We aided the believers against their enemies, and they prevailed. 14
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
