Al-Dukhaan 3 of 3
Surely the tree of the Zaqqum, 43 is the food of the guilty, 44 It will be like molted brass which will boil in the bellies 45 like boiling water. 46 [It will be commanded], "Seize him and drag him into the midst of the Hellfire, 47 then pour over his head the chastisement of boiling water!' 48 "Taste you (this)! Verily, you were (pretending to be) the mighty, the generous! 49 This is certainly what you had denied." 50 As to the Righteous (they will be) in a position of Security, 51 amidst gardens and springs. 52 Dressed in brocade and shot silk, facing one another. 53 As such, We shall wed them to wide eyed houris (the virgins of Paradise). 54 They will call therein for every kind of fruit in security. 55 They will not taste death therein, save the first death. God will save them from the torment of Hell 56 By the munificence of your Lord; this is the great success. 57 And indeed, We have eased the Qur'an in your tongue that they might be reminded. 58 Wait then (O Muhammad). Lo! they (too) are waiting. 59
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.

When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
