Y S (Yaa Seen)
In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
Ya Sin. 1 By the Wise Koran, 2 You (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him) are indeed one of the Noble Messengers. 3 On a straight path, 4 the sending down of the All-mighty, the All-wise, 5 That you may warn a people whose fathers were not warned, so they are heedless. 6 Undoubtedly, it (their disbelief) has proved true for most of them, so they will not believe. 7 We have put yokes round their necks right up to their chins, so that they cannot bow their heads 8 And We have set a bar before them and a bar behind them, and (thus) have covered them so that they see not. 9 Alike it is to them whether thou hast warned them or thou hast not warned them, they do not believe. 10 You can only warn him who listens to the warning and fears Ar-Rahman secretly. So give him good news of forgiveness and a generous reward. 11 We shall surely bring the dead back to life and We record what they send ahead and what they leave behind. We have recorded everything in a clear book. 12
