Have you not seen how We send down to the unbelievers satans who prick them? 83 So hasten thou not against them; We are only numbering for them a number. 84 On the Day when We shall gather the Godconscious unto [Us,] the Most Gracious, as honoured guests, 85 and drive the evildoers into Gehenna herding, 86 On that Day none will have the power to intercede for them except those who received a sanction from the Most Compassionate Lord. 87 They say, "The Gracious One has begotten a son." 88 Assuredly ye have brought a thing monstrous. 89 It is such a monstrosity that heavens might well-nigh burst forth at it, the earth might be cleaved, and the mountains fall 90 That they ascribe a son (or offspring or children) to the Most Beneficent (Allah). 91 And it does not befit the Most Gracious to choose an offspring! 92 There is none in the heavens and earth except he comes to the Merciful as a worshiper. 93 He does take an account of them (all), and hath numbered them (all) exactly. 94 And everyone of them will come to Him alone on the Day of Resurrection (without any helper, or protector or defender). 95 Verily those who believe and do righteous works - anon the Compassionate shall appoint for them affection. 96 So have We made the (Qur'an) easy in thine own tongue, that with it thou mayest give Glad Tidings to the righteous, and warnings to people given to contention. 97 And how many a generation have We destroyed before them! Perceivest thou of them anyone or hear of them a whisper? 98
