The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)
In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
Oh, the chargers that run panting, 1 Then those that produce fire striking, 2 by the dawnraiders, 3 So thereupon raising dust. 4 and penetrate deep into a host. 5 surely, man is ungrateful to his Lord. 6 and to this, behold, he [himself] bears witness indeed: 7 Surely, he is ardent in his love of wealth. 8 ۞ But does he not know that when the contents of the graves are scattered 9 And that within the breasts is obtained, 10 indeed, on that Day their Lord will be aware of them! 11
God the Almighty always says the truth.
