The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)
In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
Al-Qari'ah (the striking Hour i.e. the Day of Resurrection), 1 What is the Calamity? 2 Ah, what will convey unto thee what the Calamity is! 3 On that Day people shall become like scattered moths 4 and the mountains shall be like fluffs of carded wool in varying colours. 5 Then as for him whose balances are heavy, 6 shall have a blissful life; 7 And for one whose scales prove light, 8 will have hawiyah as their dwelling. 9 And what shall teach thee what is the Pit? 10 It is a burning Fire. 11
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
