Al-Haaqqah 2 of 2
But nay! I swear by all that ye see 38 And by oath of those you do not see. 39 because the Quran is certainly the word of a reverent messenger. 40 And it is not the speech of a poet; how little do you believe! 41 Nor is it the word of a soothsayer -- how little you reflect! 42 It is a revelation sent down by the Sustainer of the Universe: 43 And if he had forged concerning us some discourses. 44 We surely should have seized him by his right hand (or with power and might), 45 and would indeed have cut his life-vein, 46 And none of you could withhold Us from (punishing) him. 47 And most surely it is a reminder for those who guard (against evil). 48 We certainly know that some of you have rejected it 49 Surely it is a sorrow to the unbelievers; 50 yet indeed it is the truth of certainty. 51 So glorify the Name of your Lord, the Most Great. 52
God the Almighty always says the truth.
