In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate

Ya Seen. 1 By the Quran, full of wisdom, 2 Truly, you (O Muhammad SAW) are one of the Messengers, 3 On a Straight Way. 4 (The Qur’an is) Sent down by the Almighty, the Most Merciful. 5 so that you may warn a people who are unaware because their fathers were not warned. 6 The Word is proved true against the greater part of them: for they do not believe. 7 Verily We have placed on their necks shackles which are up to the chins; so that their heads are forced up. 8 We have set-up a barrier in front of and behind them and have made them blind. Thus, they cannot see. 9 It is all the same for them whether you warn them or do not warn them for they shall not believe. 10 You should only warn those who follow the Quran and have fear of the Beneficent God without seeing Him. Give them the glad news of their receiving forgiveness and an honorable reward (from God). 11 Surely it is We who bring the dead to life and write down what they have forwarded and what they have left behind; everything We have numbered in a clear register. 12
