Seest thou not that We have set the Evil Ones on against the unbelievers, to incite them with fury? 83 So hasten thou not against them; We are only counting against them a counting. 84 The Day shall soon come when We shall bring together the God-fearing to the Most Compassionate Lord, as honoured guests; 85 And drive the guilty unto hell, a weary herd, 86 People do not own the right to intercede, except those* who have made a covenant with the Most Gracious. (* The Holy Prophets and virtuous people will be given the permission to intercede. Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him – will be the first to intercede.) 87 They have said that the Beneficent God has given birth to a son. 88 You have indeed brought an extremely grave speech! 89 Thereby the heavens are nearly torn and the earth split asunder, and mountains fall crashing down 90 because they ascribe a son to the Gracious One. 91 And it is not worthy of the Beneficent Allah that He should take (to Himself) a son. 92 There is no one in the heavens and earth but that he comes to the Most Merciful as a servant. 93 He has counted them and numbered them precisely, 94 and every one of them will appear before Him on Resurrection Day in a lonely state. 95 Surely (as for) those who believe and do good deeds for them will Allah bring about love. 96 We have made it [the Quran] easy, in your own language [Prophet], so that you may convey glad news to the righteous and give warning to a stubborn people. 97 And many a generation We did destroy before them; do you see any one of them or hear their faintest sound? 98
