The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate

When the earth is shaken by a terrible quake 1 and the earth will throw up all her burdens, 2 And man saith: what aileth her? 3 On that Day it will relate all her news, 4 For your Lord will have commanded it. 5 On that Day mankind will proceed in bands, that they may be shewn their works. 6 So whosoever does good equal to the weight of an atom (or a small ant), shall see it. 7 and whoso has done an atom's weight of evil shall see it. 8

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
