The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)
8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
WHEN THE EARTH quakes with her [last] mighty quaking, 1 and earth brings forth her burdens, 2 the human being will say (in horror), "What is happening to it?" 3 On that Day she will tell out the tidings thereof. 4 Because your Lord had inspired her. 5 On that Day will men proceed in companies sorted out, to be shown the deeds that they (had done). 6 and whoso has done an atom's weight of good shall see it, 7 And whoso doeth ill an atom's weight will see it then. 8
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
