The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful
۞ Ta. Sin. Mim. 1 Those are the signs of the Manifest Book. 2 Perchance thou consumest thyself that they are not believers. 3 If We will, We shall send down on them out of heaven a sign, so their necks will stay humbled to it. 4 [But We have not willed it:] and so, whenever there comes unto them any fresh reminder from the Most Gracious, they [who are blind of heart] always - turn their backs upon it: 5 So they have surely belied; wherefore anon there shall come unto them the truth of that whereat they were wont to mock. 6 Did they not look at the earth - how much We have produced therein from every noble kind? 7 Surely in that is a sign, yet most of them are not believers. 8 And indeed, your Lord - He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful. 9
