The tree of al-Zaqqum 43 is food for the sinner. 44 Like molten brass; it will boil in their insides. 45 like the boiling of burning despair. 46 "Seize him and drag him into the depths of Hell," (it will be said), 47 Then pour over his head from the torment of scalding water." 48 Taste this, you are a person mighty and noble! 49 This is the very thing which you [deniers of the truth] were wont to call in question!" 50 As to the Righteous (they will be) in a position of Security, 51 Among Gardens and Springs; 52 Wearing [garments of] fine silk and brocade, facing each other. 53 Even so (it will be). And We shall wed them unto fair ones with wide, lovely eyes. 54 They will call therein for every kind of fruit in peace and security; 55 They shall not taste therein of death, save the first death, And He shall guard them against the chastisement of Hell -- 56 a bounty from thy Lord; that is the mighty triumph. 57 Certainly, We have made this (Quran) easy in your tongue, in order that they may remember. 58 So be on the watch; they too are on the watch. 59
