The All High (Al-A'alaa)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Rolling (Al-Takweer) before The Night (Al-Layl)
In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace
۞ Exalt the Name of your Lord, the Highest, 1 The One Who created, and then made proper. 2 And who destined and [then] guided 3 Who brings out the pastures 4 Then reduces them to rusty rubbish. 5 We shall make thee read (O Muhammad) so that thou shalt not forget 6 Except what Allah should will. Indeed, He knows what is declared and what is hidden. 7 And We shall create the means of ease for you. 8 Therefore remind, if the Reminder benefits, 9 The reminder will be received by him who fears (Allah), 10 But the most hapless will flout it, 11 He who will be flung to the great Fire 12 Then he will neither die in it, nor live. 13 He indeed hath attained bliss who hath cleansed himself, 14 remembering his Lord's name and praying. 15 But you prefer the life of this world, 16 whereas the Hereafter is better and more enduring. 17 Surely this is in the ancient scrolls, 18 the revelations of Abraham and Moses. 19
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
