Seest thou not that We have set the devils on the disbelievers to confound them with confusion? 83 Therefore, do not hasten (in seeking a scourge against them). We are counting their days. 84 On the day when We shall gather the righteous unto the Beneficent, a goodly company. 85 and drive those who were lost in sin unto hell as a thirsty herd is driven to a well 86 [on that Day] none will have [the benefit of] intercession unless he has [in his lifetime] entered into a bond with the Most Gracious. 87 As it is, some assert, "The Most Gracious has taken unto Himself a son 88 You have indeed advanced something hideous! 89 Thereby the heavens are nearly torn and the earth split asunder, and mountains fall crashing down 90 That men should ascribe a son to the Most Gracious, 91 For it is not consonant with the majesty of (Allah) Most Gracious that He should beget a son. 92 None there is in the heavens and the earth but must come unto the Compassionate as a bondman. 93 Assuredly He hath comprehended them and counted them a full counting. 94 Every one of them will come before Him all alone on the Day of Resurrection. 95 The Lord of Mercy will bestow affection upon those who believe and perform righteous deeds. 96 So We have made this (Qur'an) easy in your tongue that you may give good news to those who take heed, and warn the people who are contentious. 97 But how many (countless) generations before them have We destroyed? Canst thou find a single one of them (now) or hear (so much as) a whisper of them? 98
