1/2 Hizb 54

۞ Then I swear by the setting of the stars, 75 - which is indeed a great oath if only you knew it - 76 Most surely it is an honored Quran, 77 In a Book well-guarded (with Allah in the heaven i.e. Al-Lauh Al-Mahfuz). 78 None shall touch it save the purified ones. 79 It has been revealed by the Lord of all the worlds. 80 Do you, then, take this discourse in light esteem, 81 do you make it your provision to belie it? 82 Why, then, when the soul leaps up to the throat of the dying 83 And ye are at that moment looking 84 We are closer to him than you, but you cannot see. 85 if you are not subject to anyone's authority, 86 do you not restore his soul, if you are truthful? 87 Then if he be of the broughtnigh. 88 (There is for him) rest and provision, and a Garden of delights (Paradise). 89 And if he be of the fellows on the right hand, 90 Then (the greeting) "Peace be unto thee" from those on the right hand. 91 And if he is one of the rejecters, the erring ones, 92 Then for him is entertainment with boiling water. 93 and the roasting in Hell. 94 Surely this is the truth of certainty. 95 Extol, then, the limitless glory of thy Sustainer's mighty name! 96
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
End of Surah: The Inevitable (Al-Waaqe'ah). Sent down in Mecca after T H (Taa Haa) before The Poets (Alshu'araa')

Notes and Instructions
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
