Say, [O Muhammad], "I am only a warner, and there is not any deity except Allah, the One, the Prevailing. 65 Lord of the heavens and earth and everything between them, the Almighty, the Most Forgiving." 66 Say: "That (this Quran) is a great news, 67 from which you are turning away.” 68 I had no knowledge of the High Assembly's dispute. 69 "Only this has been inspired to me, that I am a plain warner." 70 [For,] lo, thy Sustainer said unto the angels: "Behold, I am about to create a human being out of clay; 71 and when I have formed him fully and breathed into him of My spirit, fall you down before him in prostration!" 72 So all the angels prostrated, every one, without exception. 73 Except Iblis (Satan) he was proud and was one of the disbelievers. 74 (Allah) said: "O Iblis! What prevents thee from prostrating thyself to one whom I have created with my hands? Art thou haughty? Or art thou one of the high (and mighty) ones?" 75 He said, "I am better than him. You have created me from fire and him out of clay". 76 (God) said: "Then go hence, ostracised. 77 and My rejection shall be thy due until the Day of Judgment!" 78 He said, "My Lord, then reprieve me until the Day they are resurrected." 79 The Lord said, "You will only be given a respite 80 till the Day the time whereof is known [only to Me]." 81 He (satan) said: 'I swear by Your Might, that I will seduce all of them 82 "Except Your chosen slaves amongst them (faithful, obedient, true believers of Islamic Monotheism)." 83 Said He, 'This is the truth, and the truth I say; 84 That I will most certainly fill hell with you and with those among them who follow you, all. 85 Say, "I do not ask you for any recompense for this, nor am I a man of false pretentions: 86 "It (this Quran) is only a Reminder for all the 'Alamin (mankind and jinns). 87 and you shall surely know its tiding after a while.' 88
