And assuredly We gave grace unto Musa and Harun. 114 And saved them and their people from great distress, 115 And We supported them so it was they who overcame. 116 And We gave them the Book which helps to make things clear; 117 And We guided them on the straight path. 118 And left (their remembrance) for posterity. 119 "Peace be upon Moses and Aaron!" 120 This is how We reward those who do good: 121 They were two of Our believing servants. 122 And verily, Iliyas (Elias) was one of the Messengers. 123 Behold, he said to his people, "Will ye not fear (Allah)? 124 Call ye upon Bal and forsake the Best of creators. 125 God, your Sustainer and the Sustainer of your forebears of old?" 126 Then they belied him, so verily they are to be brought up. 127 Save single-minded slaves of Allah. 128 And We kept his praise among the latter generations. 129 Peace be upon Elias. 130 Even so We recompense the good-doers; 131 He is truly among Our faithful devotees. 132 And verily, Lout (Lot) was one of the Messengers. 133 [So mention] when We saved him and his family, all, 134 Save an old woman among those who stayed behind; 135 Then We destroyed the rest [i.e. the towns of Sodom at the place of the Dead Sea (now) in Palestine].
